Yoga
Paul's Yoga classes are routed in Hatha Yoga, with a strong emphasis on Meditation. The classes start with a simple breathing meditation, which continues as the practice begins ending with a 15 to 20 minute guided meditation. The philosophy is that the meditation at the end is where healing and inner peace are obtained.

Paul is currently teaching at two studios in the San Jose area:
- Central YMCA on Sunday evenings, 6pm to 7:15pm
- Asclepios Yoga at Willow Glen Yoga on Thursday evenings, 7:30pm to 9pm

Inner Sanctuary Training
Are you too busy to relax? Do you feel your life is lacking in purpose? Are you just not managing to manifest what you want out of life? Do you find yourself fighting the rising anger? Is your mind always racing? Do you struggle to find clear insight into a problem? Do you feel overwhelmed? Do you lack purpose and direction? Are you just not managing to manifest what you want out of life? Maybe you've even been on relaxation or stress management courses, but haven't seen any lasting effect. If you answered yes to any of these, this workshop can make a positive and lasting difference in your life.
The Inner Sanctuary training teaches you to establish the sacred space within where you can go to receive spiritual insight and answers to your questions, restore balance and vitality, manifest your creative ideas, and strengthen your sense of purpose. Your sacred work in the Inner sanctuary continually brings greater light, love, wisdom and peace into your life and your world.
On completion of this workshop you will earn a Certificate of completion in Inner Sanctuary training by Delphi University.

Meditation Group
Jan 23rd, and every 4th Monday of the month.
Join us for 1 hour of group meditation at the Sanctuary in Willow Glen from 7:00pm until 8:00pm. Please arrive a few minutes early as we will start with a breathing meditation. This group is suitable for almost everyone - Some previous meditation experience is required, for example the "Introduction to Meditation" class which runs every month, to ensure familiarity with the basic concepts. Please bring a journal with you.

Our Meditation CDs
Paul teaches some basic meditation techniques so you can build up your practice at home. On the second CD Paul guides you on some beautiful journeys into your soul. These CDs are useful for new or seasoned meditators.
